If you are having technical difficulties creating a profile, logging into your profile, or submitting an application, please check the below suggestions:-
Unable to create a profile or login to my profile
- Check that the email address you are using is correct. It could be that you originally created a profile under a different email address. If this is the case, please contact the recruitment team of the company you're registering with, and ask them what email address you have used.
- If you haven't received the verfication email, check junk or spam folders. Wait 30 minutes, and check again.
- If you are getting a message saying you already have a profile, please get in touch with the recruitment team of the company you are registering with, and ask them if you have a profile already registered. If you haven't completed all the registration questions, it might be easier to ask the recruitment team to delete your profile so you can start again.
Unable to submit an application
- If you are upload documents into your application, please check they are one of the following types of files: .doc, .docx, .rtf, .pdf, .txt
- Check you have answered all mandatory questions. These are questions marked with a red asterisk.
- Log out of your profile completely, log back in and try again.
- Try logging out of your profile, clearing your browser cache and cookies and try again.
- Finally, if you have tried the above points, it might be that we are conducting some maintenance on the site. Wait 30 minutes, and try again.
