Overview
Documents generated from document generator can be digitally accepted by users and candidates via SnapHire (the recruiter site for users and careers website for candidates).
Candidate digital acceptance
Please note the configuration of the actions on your site may differ from this example.
After generating your documents, send the offer package to the candidate. The candidate will receive an email asking them to sign in and review their offer documentation. The candidate verifies their identity by signing in with their credentials.
Once signed into their profile, the candidate can;
- Review the offer documentation; and
- Accept the terms and conditions in the offer documentation.
- When the action to accept the offer of employment is submitted, this will place the candidates digital stamp onto the offer documents in the space where the candidate would normally sign.
- The digital stamp includes the candidates name, date and time of acceptance.
- The stamp pulls through the candidates name from their profile rather than what they type in the acceptance box (this is more of an action prompt), eliminating the opportunity for any other user to sign on behalf.
Once the candidate has accepted their offer, the digitally stamped documents are available for the candidate to view, download and save on their own device.
- The digital stamp process eliminates the need for the candidate to download and manually sign their offer documents.
- The digital stamp process eliminates the need to re-generate the signed version as the document is automatically stamped.
- The digitally signed documents can be made available for the candidate to download at any time. Meaning, there is no need for a recruiter to send signed documents to the candidate.
