How do I close my pipeline job?
You cannot close a pipeline while there are “active” candidates (as candidates on child jobs are still counted), so need to call Client Success to assist in closing the job. You can remove the pipeline from the careers site while Client Success assist you with moving it to the status of “Closed”
Some clients may choose to refresh the pipeline every year (or another time period). If you want active applicants to reapply for your new pipeline, you can bulk email candidates asking them to re-apply for new pipeline.
