Every time the status of the Job Approval process changes, the manager and the recruiter associated to the job in SnapHire receive an email update notification. 


This email is for information purposes only and includes the most recent approver's name, their decision and any comments included. If the job is still progressing through the approval chain, it will also advise the name of the person the job is now waiting for approval from, otherwise, it will state that the job has been fully approved, or has not been approved.

When the approval process is completed the job status will automatically change to either 'Approved' or 'Not Approved' depending on the decisions made by the Approvers. When the job status is 'Approved' the recruiter and/or manager can change the status to Open as/when required and commence recruitment activity.
