Overview
Within SnapHire you can request that a list of people review the specific details of a candidate's application, and grant their approval to present an offer to or hire this person. These people are referred to as 'Approvers' and who is involved in the process is determined by your organisational structure. The Hiring Approval process is tracked through SnapHire and the information gathered remains a part of the candidate record for future reference.

TIP: If Hiring Approval is enabled on your site, you will see three related application buckets which are typically called 'Waiting for approval', 'Not approved' and 'Approved'.
