To run any of the SnapHire Standard Reports using your organization's data, you will need to copy the standard report into your organization's own folder:

  1. When the "SnapHire Standard Reports" folder is selected, all of our standard reports will be visible in the right-hand pane.  Select the report you wish to copy.
  2. Right-click on the report name and choose "Organize", then "Copy":



  3. Select your organization's folder - it will be your organizations name within the folder called "Your Organisation" ("Bootcamp6" in the example screenshot below).

  4. Right-click on the folder name, or in the right-hand pane, and select "Organize", and then "Paste":


  5. Once the report has been pasted, you can start to use this report directly from your own folder.
