The SnapHire Standard Reports folder in Business Objects provides five key reports which have been designed to answer 80% of all the reporting requests we have experience of receiving.  


To find this folder:

  1. Log on to SAP Business Objects (refer to Account access for more information).
  2. In the Documents navigation tab (refer to the Navigation article for more information), expand the folder called "Public Folders".
  3. Expand the folder called "SnapHire Enterprise".
  4. Expand the folder called "SnapHire Standard Reports":



  5. When the "SnapHire Standard Reports" folder is selected, all of our standard reports will be visible in the right-hand pane.  
  6. To run any of these reports using your organization's data, you will need to copy the standard report to your organization's own folder.


TIP:  The folder called "Standard Reports" contains the old set of SnapHire reports - these reports are being phased out as new reports are added to the "Snaphire Standard Reports" folder.
