License information
We use SAP's Business Objects for reporting on SnapHire data and have a generic set of licenses that are available to all clients to use as part of your hosting agreement. These licenses work on a first come first serve basis so if you get a warning message saying you cannot logon this will be because either someone else from your organization is currently logged on (only one person at a time from your organization can use your account), or all the licenses are currently in use - you will need to try again later. Technical requirements
With the latest version of SAP BusinessObjects, there are no additional technical requirements - you'll simply need an internet browser.
Log on
- Go to https://analytics.nzp.snaphirecloud.com/BOE/BI
- In the login box that appears, enter your User Name and Password (if you have not logged on before, or do not know your organizations user name and/or password details, please contact our Client Success team and they will provide them to you):
- Once logged on, navigate to the report you require.
Log off
As there are a limited number of licenses available to access Business Objects reporting, it very is important that you log off as soon as you have finished accessing the information you require:
TIP: If not in use, your account will be automatically logged off after 20 minutes.
