Before you begin

Make sure you have the "Can manage quick actions" permission.

Go to the Admin tab and select Manage quick actions.

Enable AI Processing (AI Hub App required)


AI processing automatically triggers actions based on a candidate's AI-generated score. To enable it:

  1. Check the Enable AI processing checkbox.

  2. Enter an Upper threshold - the positive action triggers automatically when a candidate's score exceeds this value.

  3. Enter a Lower threshold - the negative action triggers automatically when a candidate's score falls below this value.

  4. Optionally, select a Neutral action to trigger for candidates who score between the two thresholds. Leave blank to handle these candidates manually.

Note: If you want AI processing without quick action (thumbs up/down) buttons visible to users, leave the Positive action and Negative action fields unselected.
