New jobs list updates
Made several improvements to the new jobs list based on customer feedback.

Marketplace UI fixes
Fixed minor UI issues on the Marketplace tab.
Saved search permissions
Fixed a bug where recruiters without the "Can create job shared saved search permission" could not see the correct list of saved searches when editing their default saved search on the Account tab.
Ask question action fix
Fixed an issue that caused managers to be unable to respond to Ask question actions in certain edge cases.
Quick search
Resolved an issue where some sites were unable to search for candidates by phone number due to data preventing the Lucene index from being built. A fix has been put in place to prevent this from occurring in future.
Feedback character limit
Added a character limit to the "Rate the new experience" feedback modal, as longer responses could previously be truncated.
New candidate and new user actions
Fixed an issue where the "New candidate" and "New user" actions could raise different versions of the action depending on where they were triggered from. These actions are now consistent regardless of where they are raised.

Updated legacy job visibility rules to match the new v10 behaviour. Users with no team set will now only be able to see:

Mandatory multi-choice field error
Fixed an issue that caused actions to error when they included a mandatory Multi-choice (multiple selections) datafield.
Absolute vs relative URLs in TinyMCE
Resolved an issue where the updated TinyMCE editor automatically converted absolute URLs to relative ones when pointing to the same hostname. This could cause images or documents from File Manager to not save correctly when added to instruction text.

New jobs list preview
Added a banner to the footer of the Jobs tab that allows users to try our upcoming new jobs list and provide feedback via the Rate the new experience option. Users can switch freely between the current and new versions.
Updated date and date/time pickers
Improved aesthetics and user experience of date and date & time fields.
Saved search/keyword search layout
Switched the position of the Saved search dropdown and keyword search on the Candidates tab to improve the user experience and match the new Jobs tab layout.
Saved search refinements
Refined the saved search feature for improved clarity and usability. The updated design is available on both the Candidates tab and the optional new Jobs tab.
Menu loading improvements
Improved the loading performance of the top menu and left-hand contextual menu for v10 screens such as the Dashboard, Candidates tab, optional new Jobs tab and in preparation for future v10 screens.
Bulk action update logging
Added additional logging for bulk-updated actions so that large, simultaneous updates do not impact standard system logs.
