Email placeholder wrapping
Fixed an issue where placeholders in email content were not wrapping correctly. In cases where an action included both an email with a long placeholder and user datafields, the datafields section could become squashed and difficult to use. Placeholders will now wrap properly, preventing layout issues.

Fixed a visual styling issue in the system logs introduced in version 10.14 that made entries difficult to read.

Re-apply visiblity
Resolved an issue that prevented the re-apply option from appearing when it should have, based on job visibility settings. The option will now display for any candidate in a re-apply bucket, as long as the job is in "Open" status, regardless of its visibility.

Improvements
Video recording question type
Added a new video recording question type for registration and job questions, allowing candidates to record videos of up to two minutes directly from their browser. Users can play back these recordings within SnapHire.
Video recording placeholders
Added support for a new placeholder so recorded videos can be displayed in emails or other parts of the SnapHire process.
TinyMCE upgrade
Upgraded TinyMCE from version 4.1.5 to version 8. This editor is used for advert text on the description tab when creating or editing jobs, as well as on permission-based screens such as welcome messages, bucket instructions, and job wizard text.
Action validation message
Improved the error message shown when attempting to raise an action (that can only apply to one candidate at a time) on multiple candidates, making it clearer why the action cannot proceed.
Updated SnapHire theme styling
Restyled several components in the system to align with the new SnapHire theme. Updates include rounded corners, refined borders and shadows, updated headings, and an increased base font size of 14px.
Skeleton loading screens
Updated action loading screens to use a skeleton loading style. This more clearly indicates that content is loading and reserves space on the page to reduce sudden layout shifts when content appears.
Improved column editor clarity
Adjusted how text wraps in the "Edit columns" dropdown on the candidate tab to improve readability and overall clarity.
