Improvements
Bulk print now supports documents from parent job
When raised on an application for a child job, bulk print can now include application documents (e.g. cover letter) from the parent job in the generated PDF.
Timezone display for interview manager events
When using Interview Manager while connected to Microsoft, the event in Microsoft will now display the timezone (visible when editing) of the SnapHire user who created the slot.
General bug fixing
Ampersand display
Fixed a display issue where ampersands (&) in registration and job questions were not appearing correctly on the careers site.
Consistent document placeholder behaviour
Resolved a mismatch in document placeholder behaviour when raised from different screens in the system. Placeholders will now behave consistently across all areas.
Trusted user list on manager accounts
On the manager account page, under “The following users have added you as a trusted user:”, managers were incorrectly seeing their own name instead of the names of users who had assigned them trust. This was a visual issue only and has now been corrected.
Ordered lists in action email preview
When raising an action, ordered lists were not displaying correctly in the email preview. This issue has now been fixed.
Expanded character support in approval panel notes
A wider range of special characters and macrons is now supported in the notes section of the approval panel.
Clearer privacy setting wording in profile summary
Updated the wording in the profile summary regarding the privacy setting to make this clearer for candidates reviewing their details.
