  • A new job application experience
  • Ability to manage candidate details as registration questions


New application experience

SnapHire has released a new application experience that is:

  • Mobile first: It has been designed from scratch with the premise to provide mobile users with an outstanding experience
  • Branded: The new application experience comes with a clean design that should work for most of our clients but it can be styled to match your branding


Manage candidate details

When visiting Admin > Manage registration questions, you will notice that we have added some new questions to the list. These questions are the candidate personal details and previously they were automatically added to your application form.


By having access to these questions now you can:


  • Reword the question heading
  • Add a description text
  • Remove the question entirely
  • Make the question mandatory or optional
  • Map your questions to different job families or candidate types


Please note that some questions are required for other core areas of SnapHire and although they can be edited, they cannot be removed from the application form. These questions are:


  • First name
  • Last name
  • Source ("How did you hear about us")
  • Categories


Important note: Any changes to the new Candidate details questions will not apply to other application experiences, such as Total Apply or our Legacy SnapHire application form. This means that the new application experience must be enabled on your site for those changes to take effect.
