  2. In the search box type in what you are searching for - part or all of a name, email address, job name, job number etc.
  3. Click on the Search button (or press Enter) to run your search.
  4. Your results will appear on the screen in list view.

Job seeker raisable action changes

In this release, we've improved the job seeker raisable action security.  This will not impact you directly, but we know some clients will be interested to know about them:

  • Fix to history when action completed on behalf of candidate: When a user logs in on behalf of a job seeker and completes a job seeker raisable action, the history will now show that the action was completed by the user.
  • Improve "raised by" and "viewed by" mapping of job seeker raisable actions: We've improved job seeker raisable actions so they now check the type of user to determine if the user should be able to view or raise the action. For example, if an action is set to be viewed by a recruiter user but not raised by a recruiter user, the recruiter user will be able to see the job seeker raisable action when they login on behalf of a job seeker, but they will not be able to complete the action as the "Submit" button will not be available. Please note, this improvement is only in relation to recruiter user's logging in on behalf of job seeker's, it will not impact the job seeker experience.

Administration changes

In this release, we've made a couple of administration changes.  This will not impact you directly, but we know some clients will be interested to know about them:

  • Fix to the delete Job seeker script: We've fixed the Job seeker delete script so Job seeker's who have answered a table question can now be deleted.
  • Fix to job delete app (Janitor App):  We've fixed two issues we identified within the Janitor app 1) Jobs can now be deleted that have job seekers with assessment invites attached 2) Fix to the Job delete script to prevent the unlinking of default answers from job seeker history records.
